Current SCC Signees For 2009-10:

Shoreline Community College athletic teams have signed 38 student-athletes to Letter of Intents for the 2009-10 academic year. The total will increase over until the Fall quarter starts as team recruit more student-athletes over the summer. The totals do not include recruited walk-ons who do not sign letter of intent or receive scholarships. For each recruited student-athlete, national studies show that the recruited student brings 1.5 other students with them to the college.

McCorkle Attends Elite Basketball Camp:

Ryan McCorkle, a raising sophomore men's basketball player at Shoreline Community College, attended the "Top 180" JUCO Camp at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK over the past weekend. The camp is by invitation only and was attended by over 350 four year college coaches. The camp featured the Top 180 junior college/community college basketball players in the nation as rated by the Mullen Sports group, sponsors of the tournament.
