About Distance Learning
Distance learning courses provide learning opportunities for those students who live far from campus or those who need a more flexible class schedule. Distance Learning is suited especially for busy people who want to increase their knowledge and skills without giving up their jobs, leaving home, or missing out on family commitments. Be sure to review the costs of taking class.

Getting Started
So you think you want to take distance learning classes?  Check the Equipment List and review the Self-Assessment Quiz, then follow these instructions to find your online classroom and get started in your Online, Mostly Online, Hybrid, or other class that requires some Internet content via Blackboard.

Change E-mail Address
Easily change or update your e-mail address for your Blackboard classes.

Blackboard Tutorial and Blackboard Information
If you have completed your application to the College, you may also want to take the Blackboard Tutorial.  Blackboard is the system the College uses to deliver online education. We offer student orientations at the beginning of each quarter, click here for the current schedule.

Degrees and Certificates
You can earn a degree or a certificate completely online. This is a good option if you are not able to attend face-to-face classes due to time constraints and/or distance from the campus.

Class Listings
New classes are offered every quarter.  Check the latest schedule.
