Getting Started
Blackboard is the web-based course management systems used by Shoreline Community College
for online instruction.
Orientation
If you are new to online learning, consider taking an on-campus eLearning Orientation Session. You can also take an online Blackboard Tutorial.
Register for Classes
Visit Shoreline Enrollment Services to register for classes.
Update your information
Be sure that your SCC information and email is current with the college. For information on how to update your email address, click here.
Log in to your class
If you are registered for an online class, an account already has been created for you for the current quarter.
Get your text books and course materials.
The Shoreline Community College Bookstore carries textbooks for online courses offered by Shoreline and those
offered through WashingtonOnline (WAOL). If you are taking a WAOL class, you can order books
through the WAOL
