Registration
Web registration is
available from the first day of continuing student registration
through the first week of the quarter. See the
Academic Calendar to check
for key dates.
Please read the following important information, and then click
on the button at the bottom of the page to REGISTER to continue.
Eligibility
New students & Students with fewer than 15
credits: Online registration will be open
May 20th
to new students and continuing students with
fewer than 15 credits that: already have college experience or a
degree, are not seeking a degree, or are only taking one class
(see "Getting Started With Registration" below).
All other new students can make an Orientation & Registration
appointment by clicking on:
New Student Orientation &
Registration Appointments and selecting an
date and time that best fits your schedule.
Former Students:
We
ask that students who have been away for more than one quarter
let us know they're returning. This can be done either by
contacting the Admissions Office at (206) 546-4621 or
by completing the Reactivation Form available online by
clicking here, and
sending it as an attachment to
reactivations@shoreline.edu. After your file is reactivated
you will be able to register online based on the number of
credits earned.
Getting Started with
Registration
Be sure that you know your
Student Identification Number (SID) and your Personal
Identification Number (PIN) in order to log into the Web
Registration System. Your PIN is generally your six-digit birth
date unless you have changed it to another number. Also, you
must know the Item Number of the class you wish to take.
The item numbers for classes can be found in the printed class
schedule or online.
Payment

SUMMER
Tuition for students registered prior to June
5th is due by June
12th. If registering after June
5th, tuition is due within 5 business days of
registering or the first day of the quarter, whichever comes

FALL Tuition for students registered
prior to August 7th
is due by August
14th. If registering after August
7th, tuition is due within 5 business days of
registering or the first day of the quarter, whichever comes
first.►
Tuition Deferment:
If
you are unable to pay in full by the tuition deadline,
tuition deferment is available. Students may be dropped from
classes if payment is not made by the posted due dates.

Prerequisite Checking
Since
Spring Quarter 2006, the college registration system checks
completion of prerequisites at the time of registration for the
following courses:
► English 080, 090, 100, &101, &102
► Economics &201 (was200) and Philosophy &106 (was120)
(Quantitative Symbolic Reasoning courses)
► Math 070, 080, 097, 098, 099, &107, 111, &141 (was
110), &142 (was 120), &146 (was 108), &148 (was 112), &151 (was
124), &152 (was125), &163 (was 126), &171 (was 170), 211
