The Department of Campus Safety and Security may be reached by calling:

non-emergency assistance.
9-911 - From
on-campus phones for emergency assistance when the Shoreline
Community College Security is not available or the situation
warrants an immediate law enforcement/ medical / fire service
response to campus.
Mission
It is the mission of the Department of Safety and Security to provide
campus security services which enhance and support the Strategic Plan of
Shoreline Community College. Our goal is to promote a safe and welcoming
environment that recognizes, and is respectful of diversity, and to
improve the quality of campus life for students, and faculty and staff,
learning and working at Shoreline Community College. We do this by
working in partnership with the campus community to provide the most
professional, effective campus safety services possible.
Parking
Student parking is available on campus in areas
designated for student parking
(map). Additional parking is available in the Greenwood Parking Lot,
located on Greenwood Avenue.
You must
obtain a Parking Permit, for parking on campus and in the Greenwood Lot.
Free parking is available in the
Sears parking Lot, located off 160th Street. Free shuttle
service is also included and will take you to and from the Sears
lot. Hours of operation are Monday through Thursday 8:00am to
4:00pm, Friday 8:00am to 2:00pm.

Incident
Reporting
To report an emergency, a crime
or criminal activity on campus, call the Security Office. Shoreline
Community College Security Officers will respond to all reports of
emergencies, crimes and/or criminal activity. Officers will complete an
"Incident Report" for any crime occurring on Shoreline Community College
property.
Registered Sex Offender
The campus will be notified of all registered sex offenders who have
been convicted of a sex offense that requires registration with the
Sheriff's Office in the county of their residence.
Misconduct
Shoreline Community College will not tolerate misconduct on our campus
at any time.
